Our family’s journey with the ABC has been nothing short of extraordinary. When we first started enrolling 1:1 ABA therapy with ABC, Edmund was just two years old, non-verbal with delayed social responsiveness. As parents, we were filled with uncertainty and hope, and it was clear from day one that we were in the right place.

Over the past four years, the incredible team at ABC, led by their caring and dedicated supervisors and therapists, Jasmine, Jay, Ummi, Rutha, Aqilah, Yoga and the entire team, has not only supported Edmund but truly transformed his life. With their expertise, patience, empathy and love, Edmund progressed from being non-verbal to confidently transitioning to preschool at the age of five. And now, at six years old, he is accepted into an inclusive international school and adapted well to routines of classroom setting, a milestone that once felt so far away.

The incredible team at ABC didn’t just teach Edmund, they celebrated every small victory with us, encouraged us as parents, and helped us see the endless possibilities ahead. Their dedication went beyond just therapy sessions—it felt like they became part of our extended family, always rooting for Edmund’s success :)

We moved to Malaysia with our autistic son, who at the time, was unable to communicate in English and had to start from scratch. I was a wreck when I came to ABC in early 2019. At that time, my son was already undergoing therapies but it reached a point where nothing worked anymore. At ABC, Aryan was assessed and he was assigned to an incredible team. This team was my biggest support system. We all witnessed how Aryan progressed by leaps and bounds over the years. Today, he is able to self regulate, express himself and can even have a decent conversation. Aryan is well liked by his teachers and friends in school. Thank you ABC for being there for our family when all hope seems lost and for helping Aryan become the lovely boy he is today!

My 5yo son was there for a year (March 2023-March 2024) and I'm forever grateful for all that he had experienced in ABC Bangsar. He's always looking forward to go to school and he's very close with all his teachers, - the therapists who are professional and yet shows great compassion and love towards my son. He shows great improvement and most importantly shows much less tantrum and he's very verbal now hence much happier boy now 🥰

Thank you for being so dedicated and motivated in supervising and training children with special needs. Eventhough my daughter enrolment with ABC was only few months, she definitely showing improvement and progress in her development. Eventhough she is no longer with ABC, we are as parents continuously practising with her what we had learnt from ABC previously. My child had an amazing journey here since pre-lockdown. We came as a stranger to autism, not knowing what to expect and where to go. Audrey has always been super helpful with the logistics and ins and outs of the learning journey. She never had stressed out when we bombarded her with a lot of curious questions.

The teachers were amazing, dedicated and professional. They personalise all they could to help make it meaningful for our child. My kid would still remember the school till today.

Highly recommended! Our son was with ABC for a year plus but we can see great improvement in him. From not saying many words to saying 2 words, 3 words and now are still improving. He now can label many items and he can even speak louder than before. He is now 4 years old and currently in a new preschool. The staff in ABC are all friendly, dedicated and well trained. We are very grateful to how they have helped our son. Facilities are clean and well equipped. Programs are tailored made to suit each child and therapists are all very approachable. We still remember when we first searching for ABA therapy centre for our beloved son, Mateen, who had been diagnosed with autism at age of 2 years old. And gladly, we came across ABC Bangsar and we never regret the decision. The facilities and service are superb 10/10, staffs are very friendly and always in contact with us, and we definitely see Mateen’s improvement, even his Paeditrician is very happy with Mateen’s development. And now at 4 years old, Mateen is ready to continue his journey in a new preschool. We will be always grateful to all the staffs, especially Mateen’s team ( Qavitha as supervisor and all the superb therapists). It was an amazing journey . To all parents that is searching for excellent ABA service, this is the centre that u should be consider. It is really worth it. Definitely recommended.

My daughter was with ABC for 4 years. From a child that having difficulty to speak a single word to a complete full sentence. From not able to sit still to able to quietly complete the tasks given. From not focusing to able to follow instructions given and etc. We can see she improved a lot during her learning in ABC. We are happy with the service provided and truly appreciated. ABC has the well trained therapist and experience supervisor to take care the students. I would say that ABC would be a good choice.

One of the best autism centres around, they are well equipped with highly skilled therapists and many 1-1 therapy rooms!

We have had the most wonderful experience with the staff at ABC. Ms Charlene is an able leader who has amazing, patient and kind teachers helping kids grow within their boundaries. Ms Jasmine who helped our son evolve into an independent, kind boy does require a special mention.

The place is clean and makes one feel extremely welcome. Any parents requiring help for their children to be assessed and later requiring therapy be in speech or ABA , you are in the right place.

ABC is definately the best intervention centre in town! I was lost, confused and helpless when I got my son diagnosis many years ago. I would still probably be now if I didn't find ABC back then. Thanks to Charlene and her team of dedicated therapists my son get all the help that he desperately needed. ABC had helped him to overcome many challenges in his early life; from speech, social to tackle and managed his behaviour, sensory issues and most importantly prepare him to face and live in the neurotypical world.
